Why am I going through so many Relay Cards?

Generally, voltage/amperage issues will only result in a bad relay or lifted trace on a specific relay's circuit, they don't result in the types of issues the OP reported (activating wrong relays, etc.). I think MC3033 has hit on it if DRB has had a bad batch of relay cards.

I see they've changed the name to "Talk DRB Tunnel Solutions" since the last time I looked. You can find it here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/talkdrbtunnel I hope they can help figure it out.

Sounds like you might have run into a bad batch of relay cards. Try posting in the Talk DRB Facebook group, sometimes that can get the attention of the right people to dig into it more deeply.

No worries, glad to see you back. For sure, quality devices and good wiring are essential to proper operations, regardless of the type of device being used.

Is there supposed to be a link, picture, video, or something else to give context to the post?

Though less likely, it could still be the eyes themselves after replacing the wiring. Unfortunately, the OP hasn't replied in a week now, so until/unless he does we may never know...

My apologies for derailing your post, that was not my intent at all. I hope you've been able to get your issue resolved. If not, you might let us know what you've discovered and what you've done to see if there's more we can do to help. Something you haven't mentioned, have you talked with...

As a matter of fact, yes, I *can* trigger functions so they effectively work within a fraction of a foot, though not all pieces of equipment really benefit much from that level of precision, of course. Let's face it, there is little to be gained from engaging a hydraulic-powered brush, mitter...

I don't think you quite understand the difference between eyes and loops. You can't simply adjust out the inaccuracy of loops. For some vehicles, the adjustment needs to be more than others, and less than still others, so you end up needing to adjust the timing to come on early and stay on...

Again, a decent controller can handle a brief activation due to an employee walking into the eyes, and depending on the controller and equipment configuration, the training issue self-resolves when the employee keeps getting sprayed... ;) Regardless, even if a little training is required the...

If the eyes are set up properly, most controllers have settings that should eliminate that as a problem. That, and it sounds like a training issue to me... The precision of eyes, and their ability to handle the nonmetallic bumpers, etc., make eyes a better option in my opinion.

Definitely not normal. How often is it happening? Try moving the eyes to another input channel in your controller, that will eliminate the input as the problem. Since you say the problem sometimes happens for several cars in a row, like Earl said it could also be a problem with the pulse...

    Taxes

According to the IRS, you can only deduct mileage after arriving at work or first business destination. So, with a home office, it's possibly legitimate (you arrive at home office, making it your first business destination, then go to a site). But otherwise, you only get to deduct mileage once...
