If in fact the brush machine is the non cleaning machine. Try and slow down the friction passes. Most Tandems around here give only one pass of brush and topwheel.

Sorry forgot one you are using quite a bit of water running the high press. at speed 1. I never go lower than 4, if you need these speeds to clean you may need to check your chems.

Your two lowest priced washes are putting more soap than the higher ones. I would speed the presoak passes on those two washes to 6 or 7.

Here in Texas most people are going with profit sharing. It will limit your risk if it does not take off and/or rainy days. What we do is put our machine in a existing bay, split the utilities, and share the profits. You will need a contract so that if anything goes wrong you retain the machine...

check software if you have a chip 19.0 you can run a foaming wax(Rain x)and Tri foam. You will have to wire the Rain x directly to the output card. Otherwise you will have to use it as a low pressure(foam wax) or a polysealant(water saver).
