Thanks!! Yeah for now, 7 bays would be too much do I may garage door off 3 of the bays and open just the 4 for now to reduce initial cost then open more as time goes on if the volume needs it.

From what I’ve researched, it was foreclosed on in 2013 then the new owners bought it in 2016 from the bank. Not sure if that got it just for the land or what (going to find out more) but the area is up and coming.

I have the opportunity to purchase a self serve near me, the building has been sitting for the past two years not running, but in a good location. All equipment is out of it or not functioning, but the structure is in good shape. Just trying to get a ballpark idea of cost per bay to get her...
