Yes under contract; 90 days to close escrow. I do know their numbers but I am trying to verify them and see if the numbers stated are actually true. Want to see if the car counts match the P&L, etc.
Hey Guys, Just went under contract on a Tunnel Wash + SS Car wash. I am familiar with Self Serve Bays and Equipment but don't know much about Tunnel Washes and the due diligence needed.
What are some questions you would ask the seller and numbers that they can provide to help evaluate the...
Hey Harry, Thanks for responding.
I bought these second hand off a vending machine company going out of business. I am currently in the process of switching these over to our car wash.
I have a Dixmore LED 7 Timer and was planning on using the wiring diagram you provided earlier in this...
Our Pre-Auth is set to 10 dollars.
I encourage everyone to track your bays with cameras and monitor CC swipes and then review your credit card transactions to make sure the same thing is not happening to you as well.

We recently installed new...
From what I understand, 1 dollar bill will send 4 pulses.

So Bay 1 has 57%: is that $285 dollars or 285 bills (of all sorts of denominations) - i don't think it's 71.25 dollars...
