the reality is that you wash thousands of cars without any issues, so his problem isn’t from you. therefore, he doesn’t get any more of your time. like I.B. says call his bluff all day long. i’m fuming just sitting here reading this!
do you remember where at in Central Missouri, or what the name of it is? I am in Missouri and I would like to go and check it out. if competing with tunnels, I would think it would definitely need to be in a heavily populated higher income area to succeed, where you have the more expensive cars...
i have only had a couple of people over the last few years cry about the tokens. i don’t at all understand why a customer would hate tokens, i think they are just the type of people that can’t be happy about anything. actually they should thank me as they only have to put in 4 coins instead of...
i have someone go to my locations every day before 8am then again at 1:30pm to clean up and check to make sure all is well. i would never pay someone to sit around all day. instead i make sure daily everything is working as it should and periodically check my cameras and voicemail. i also have...
i think the 24/7 thing we talk about is highly over rated where i am. the tunnels here are all open on sundays and i don’t do much business from 9pm-7am. my best day after salt everywhere with 1 ww razor edge was 199,and i would bet 95% of that was between 7am-8pm
check out Executive Laser Wash in iowa, they have multiple locations like this. i came across one a few years back and if it’s the wash i remember it had about 6 touchless ibas. it was dark out when i was there and there was at least 6 cars there washing. i was very impressed! i also remember...

$1 tokens solves that problem. it also deters theft from your vaults when you put “tokens emptied daily” stickers on everything. some customers will spend more as well because they now have to add more time in $1 increments. i always thought that i would never switch to tokens but did it during...
my kiosk randomly shuts down with the message “release button” showing. all the buttons appear fine though. any thoughts or has anyone else experienced this?
it was set up that way when i bought the wash over 20 years ago, i was told i needed it for the weep. i am open to other thoughts if that is incorrect!?
they definitely are now that the caps were forced out, but how would the first one shoot out if the cap was tight and only 4 years old?
seems very random and odd
