I've had their Razor for about 3 years now. Excellent machine. They still make me feel like I am their number 1 customer when I call. Great company to deal with.
In my hotel we have Serta Presidential pillow tops. The guests love them. They are made for the hotel industry and require a minimum order of 20 mattresses. Maybe Serta can match these numbers to something they manufacture for residential use?

If I remember correctly, the 600 code means "Wash received start signal when not at home." I had a GT500 that would throw a COO code, then a 600 code at least every day, thus shutting the machine down until the reset button was hit. After a lot of time and money, Mk7 put an electric filter in...
Do your homework and then give Wash Worlds tech support a call and have a chat. When I bought my first Razor, there were none within a reasonable driving distance from me, so an on site inspection of the machine was not really possible. I did my research online (I also was replacing another...
When I had a Mark 7, when the top boom would drop uneven, we found it was binding on the rails it slides up and down on. We would put it in test mode and keep spraying the rails with WD40. That would fix it for a month or so.
Reminds me of the time I called their support on Sunday morning. The guy couldn't fix my problem from his house, so he drove to the office to help me. You won't find any better support than that...:)
My Razor and WashWorld observations
The Razor I bought in December of 2010 was opened in January of 2011. It now has around 16,000 cycles on it. During the year or so that we have had it, I have only had a few minor problems that were not customer related. The first problem Wash World stood...
I've got a DH Vend Master that won't accept any coins. Comes up with an error of "coins too close?" Googled that and nothing came up. Was gonna call DH for tech support but they don't post a number. Anyone have any idea what I should look for or any direction I should go? Thanks in advance...
I just put in a new Panasonic CC reader and control board. Everything seemed to be working fine until a few days ago. Twice now, when a customer swipes their card, selects their wash package and then immediately gets either "Your card was declined, or Network error-L on the display. The modem...
I have a guy that wants to buy one of my Cat pumps of my Mark 7 GT500 that I scrapped. Pump is 6 years old and around 75,000 washes on it. Selling as is, working when taken out. Just looking for a fair price, for both of us. Sorry I don't know the pump model off the top of my head.
Thanks-Scott
Our Razor broke down for the first time at 6:30 am this Saturday morning. Doing everything we could think of to get it back up and running; which only included resetting it, I used Wash Worlds 24 hour tech department for the first time ever. I left my phone number and was called back in 10...
Last night I was sitting on the sofa watching TV when I heard my wife's lovely voice from the kitchen.
"What would you like for dinner, my Love. . . Chicken, beef or lamb?"
I said, "Thank you, I'll have chicken."
She replied "You're having soup, a**hole. I was talking to the cat."
