Honestly I just renovated a wash that was gutted after a bad fire, installed all new conveyor and Equiptment from the ground up and designed the plumbing and wash equipment with my wash distributor. Also entire new exterior that was down to the dirt, just a shell of a 120’ building. I spoke to a...
200k, worth every penny for a new LW360+, can diagnose an issue so much quicker and get back up and running. Also control the whole unit through my phone with Remote Desktop. I would say the high pressure Gatling gun bridge nozzles are not worth the upgrade though, wouldn’t bother adding them.
Every time I do the math on my sites it never makes sense. Unless your site can process 80 cph, I think you are shooting yourself in the foot for more maintenance
as long as you had purchased a set of attendant cards before, you can generate the QR code from that attendant card # on your dashboard. I copied my QR code to my phone “quick notes” so I can just scan my phone to start the bays. No additional cost to generate the QR codes for attendant cards.
Switched over last year, a couple resets due to connectivity issues(2), one tap out of 19 that completely died (was under warranty). QR code is awesome for attendant card, haven’t used it any other way. Personally I think they take up less space and make the faceplate look way better. All in...
like what? I would love an example, I’m always trying to save additional costs, especially with our new builds and reloaded sites, we do all our own plumbing, and so far have found this site the best.
I use two ladders, 1 8foot ladder, with a small bottle jack and a 2 x 4 to support either end of the bridge up while I undo the roller and slide it down the rail. And another ladder to stand on while I undo everything. It’s super easy, you could probably change all of the rollers in about 40...
Hi Dick,
if it seems out of balance, it may be your shaft that is attached to your brush. Best to take the brush off the shaft and then spin the shaft in the gearbox using the remote command, if it’s not perfectly straight while spinning, it’s out of balance and you need a new shaft, and the...
Just curious, but do you need the heaters? We are in cold climate and run soft water with a boosted alkaline presoak and cars come out very clean on our 360+’sWe do have our boiler run hot water for our weep though.
If you know, the hose size and dimensions, we order them from discount hydraulic hose.com. They are literally so cheap that I replaced them once a year, that way I know they never fail on the weekends when I’m not around. I love it. I couldn’t make them for cheaper.
are you getting it intermittently or on a certain part of the wash? Where the trolley stops at the same spot, your wash abort report should be able to tell you this.
Years chasing problems with my hot water boiler, pump went out again for the third time, and I found a three-quarter inch electrical conduit 90 inside the feed to the pump for the hot water. I have absolutely no clue how this could’ve got there. It also must have been there for years, blocking...
