How do new owners of a previous wash manage their old google reviews? Have you gone back and responded to the old reviews? Do you leave personal responses for both positive and negative? Only likes? I appreciate all of the feedback

Currently running 6 manual Laurel single column vendors in addition to my refrigerated vending machine. The single columns have seen their wear and tear. Do you guys think it’s a better idea to replace them all with the 3-column electric’s from Laurel? I appreciate everyone’s feedback
