what are your wash splits. How many use the 9$ versus the $11 and $13. Is Ceramic for all packages? I'm in a similar boat. I will be adding Ceramic this spring and most of my customers choose my top wash. I think I need to raise the top wash and add the ceramic to differeniate my washes.

I would recommend having the tech/sales come to go over the equipment with you. I did that when I purchased mine and they were very helpful.
