    Hey, thanks for the feed back. I replaced the wheel and it seems like it's working . The center of the wheel was very worn. I've washed bout 30 cars so far.......

    They do come apart. Some times. I've been working on washes for a while and I never got one apart. But a lot of people tell me that they do come apart . Best of luck to you

    I would use soft starts . It will save you a bunch of money . That's what most people are doing with the VFD's slowly ramping up the motors on start up . Expensive soft starts ....

    Updating Car wash tunnel

    Automatic wash 24/7 never calls in sick!! Lol Tunnel you have labor . You know your site better then anyone else. Inbay can only wash 5 to 6 car's per hour. 50' tunnel 20 to 25 per hour . I hope this helps

    The error massage prox#2 loose and/or needs to be replaced. Then this morning it said prox #1 and #2 are wired wrong need to swop connection's. I replaced the prox and the cord #2 on Saturday.
