Everything seems normal when it happens the car isn’t on top of the roller or anything and nothing seems off on the roller that’s doing it. It comes up just fine when it happens.- Gage

It’s rare but it happened twice yesterday a roller comes up when we send a car and just as it comes up it makes a loud bang noise I have no idea what it is does anyone have any clue what it could be.- Gage
