I think 10 days for just the walls is probably something an experienced crew can do. That’s to get the walls set, rebar installed, everything braced and square/plum. Site work, foundation, pouring the floor and roof are additional time. The crew I use have been building Royal Building...

They used to video record all the seminars. You may be able to watch the one you missed later. I used to get the best information from meetups from members of this forum. Sometimes we would met for coffee before the seminars. Maybe some one can organize a meet up!
