Thanks for the responses. I think we found the problem yesterday. The drive gears are worn down and almost toothless. So what we are thinking now the new belts are jumping cogs and setting the machine at an angle until it hits one of the rails mounts and supports.

Yeah the distributor replaced the rollers and belts. Still comes off. Have not called Washworld but will today.

My razor keeps coming off the rails. I have replaced the rollers and the drive belts. I cannot figure out why it is coming off. 3 times the last 2 weeks. Customers getting irate.

Thank you all for responding. I did change hoppers and it still failed. Called Hamilton today and we tested the Manuel switch it worked. They said it was the controller and are warranting the old one. Manufacture date was June 28 2018. So thank you all again.

Sorry. Hamilton changer. I can press the release on the motor and it spins fine. When a bill is inserted it accepts the bill. Stacks it. Then no response

New changer 3 months old. 6600 quarters ran thru so far. Now have 2 flash/3falsh error code. No jam found. Replaced new hopper with old changer hopper. No difference. Any ideas??
