Washworld hi velocity Low pressure spray.

No, I haven’t but I replaced it just a month or two ago. Although, that doesn’t mean it isn’t stuck open. I’ll check that. Thanks.

Washworld hi velocity Low pressure spray.

Yes, new injectors and solenoid valves on both step two and wax. Very puzzling! About the only thing left is changing the check valves on the manifold above the boom, but I don’t really believe that is the problem. Specially since I swapped hoses from the step one hose to wax hose and it didn’t...

Washworld hi velocity Low pressure spray.

I’ve got an older wash world high velocity, same as laser 4000. My step one soap sprays very smooth out of the tips. But my step two and wax doesn’t. It spits and sputters some and doesn’t have a smooth spray. My pump is at 150 psi and I think my air is at 60 psi. Can’t figure out why I get a...

It’s time to start thinking about Freeze Protection

50/50 is about what I run in it. It’s always worked for me!

It’s time to start thinking about Freeze Protection

Yep, just got my Weep system installed today. When I rebuilt my wash back in May, I didn’t install the weep system. Didn’t figure I needed it back then. I just installed all new parts for it. Check valves, tubing, N.O. solenoid from the weep-miser, etc. It’s that time! It was also 37 here this...

RIP MEP001 You will be missed

Oh, so sad to hear this. I haven’t been on the forum in a few weeks. He was a wealth of knowledge. And only 58. I’m two years older than that. Makes you really stop and think! Most people don’t realize what it takes, the constant grind of keeping a Carwash going 24 hours a day seven days a week...

    Last coin alert beeper

No I haven’t tried them. Are they 12V DC?

    Last coin alert beeper

Well, as cheap as the horns are, I don’t mind if I have to change one every once in a while. You could change one out in five minutes! The horn works OK in the coin box unless they’re using the high pressure spray, that’s where I got the complaints that you couldn’t hear it! And it was true...

    Last coin alert beeper

I haven’t been on the forum in a while. Life gets in the way. A lot of things going on, stressful things. Anyhow, an update on my beeper problem. I added another beeper in the meter box and tried two together. That didn’t work! In fact, with two, it changed the tone of them and actually made...

Yeah, you’re right. Probably wouldn’t of done that anyway. I will probably try adding another one. That should work. Unless you think two of them will draw too much current.

    Last coin alert beeper

Yeah, that’s an idea. One on the opposite side of the box. That would probably be the easiest route. That should make it louder!

    It’s time to refurbish!

To be honest with you, I’ve never put a pencil to it yet. I was fortunate enough that I didn’t have to take out a loan to do it. But I also did all the work myself. If you hire it done, you’re going to have to figure that into it also. You probably just need to start talking to car wash...

    Last coin alert beeper

Well, I don’t think that’s the problem. I’m getting 11.9 V from the horn outputs. Even on “constant tone I still can’t hear it with the high pressure spray on. But I can hear it OK with the door open! I’m either going to have to get a louder horn or move my existing horn out of the meter box. I...

    Cryptopay Down today?

Scammer. That’s why he wanted to see copies of merchant statements. Probably trying to get information from them.
