No blood needed. I decided to go against what Arimitsu said and put a new seal kit in the pump. They were definitely worn but not leaking. All seems to be fine now, no -pressure change between functions. Thanks to everyone and no goats harmed.
Yes, we use hot water. That was my thought also so I switched supply lines form another bay, no change. I can run all 5 other bays at the same time and not have a supply issue. But even running this one today alone has same problem. Thanks for the reply

I have switched out membranes with the old ones still in good shape, one at a time. I'm testing with a new tds meter w/temperature compensation and the old one at the same time. I do get more water spots than I like on a air dried car.
