Pretty much. After almost a year, I have built up some reflexes that when I dont hear the blink beep for a long time, I know something is up. I also check once or twice a day to see if both change machines were used or not.

That is a solid idea. I am doing something similar. 60 on the flojet and 30 on air. I will start dialing down the tip size down 1 by 1 to see if I can get it lower. I was just frustrated that it is day # 3 and my foam brush looked bad.

I have double checked air and that seems to be going. I did the following but that does not look like it helped, - Filled up salt - Did hard water test and water looks OK - Changed the hydrominder with a brand new one I will go up a tip size. The soap I am using has been sitting in my garage...

Thanks everyone. I do see that I am low on salt (in the past I have run completely out but never had this problem). I am going to replace the hydrominder and fill up salt. I hope that fixes the issue.

I am mixing it with 10 gallons of water. I will go up a tip size but I am so confused, why would it all of a sudden not foam up like it used to? I did buy the pallet of soap last year during KR's sale. I wonder if the soap is starting to go bad, is that possible?
