What percentage of sales do self serves pay in labor? Does anyone use a manager? And what would a manager's pay be?

The windows at our 8 bay self serve have become permanently fogged up and no longer see through. Is there any possible way to make them clear again or do we need to replace the glass?

What direction do you point your video cameras inside the bays? Is it best to point it towards your coin box and bay wand or should it be pointed towards the entrance of the bay to catch a licence plate? Or are there any other options?

How can we keep our rinse water warm when it sits in the holding tank for a long period of time (overnight). The customers that come early in the morning end up getting a cold rinse because the water has sat there all night. It ends up freezing on their car. Any ideas?
