Well. I've hesitated replacing the input card due to intermitt success (working a day or 2 then not). I kept hope that it would keep working LOL. Going to go ahead and replace. Never changed one. How do you set address on new replacement?

My 2.0 boom will not lower. Error message reads "boom safety eye did not test off" . Replaced emitter and receiver eyes and lights appear to blink appropriately on the 2010 card. Any one have any other suggestions on how to trouble shoot an eye error message? Thanks!

Have a boom and guide rod replacement project for a 2.0. Deciding if I want to attempt it or if I should call in help. Does anyone have any advice on such a job??

We'll it appears that the problem that prevented the gantry to move was the result of crossed wheel counting prox's and cables. While attempting to locate a 24 vdc short they were accidentally crossed. The tricky part was that no alarms were triggered and the input cards appeared to be in...

What would prevent a 2.0 from moving in reverse during manual or wash mode? A wheel test works fine and I have tested end of track and boom proxs and best of my knowledge all input cards are in working order. Also no alarms are tripped, the machine will just apply presoak until it trips out.

Turned out it was the cable to the passenger can eye that had shorted out. Thanks for all the help!

Lost my 24 vdc and I have narrowed it down to the gantry (I think). I have taken all power off of prox's and sensors but still no luck. How do you recommend to further check the cables and such?

Thanks for all of the advice! I have completed my first repalcement of drive wheels and bearings and I must say that it was a bit more time consuming than I had originally planned. At least next time I will have a better idea of what is required and the next time will hopefully go smoother...

You were not kidding about those drive motor and gear box bolts being a pain to remove! I started today when my new wheels and bearings arrived and I spent more time on removing those than repalcing the new ones. I have yet to lower it back down yet and I am concerned about it being properly...

I am having a similiar issue on a 2.0 and will replacing the wheels and bearings. The work will be performed by me, myself, and I and was curious if it is mandatory tha the unit be "jacked up" or if is for ease of accessing the bolts?
