Need any parts for your vector? I just took a 100% operational unit out and will probably let some stuff go at a good price. Id even sell the whole thing at a good price if interested. Lots of new parts on it and on the shelf.
It wont do much good but did help some...first put signs on the island, trash can lid, vacs or wherever your cans are about illegal dumping. I used something to the extent of: NOTICE NO DUMPING ALLOWED No Dumping of household trash, tires, batteries, etc. Violators will be prosecuted in...
Will be removing beginning 9-2, a completely functional belanger vector with dryers, I do have some spare parts that will go with it. Would prefer to sell as a whole but will entertain all offers.
They are the same size as a 5 column little tree vendor for reference and measuring. I had some of the same restrictions and wound up being able to put a 3 column and tire foam together in one spot and a 3 column and armorall bottle in another. A little tree and a single column with a kit in...
I did retro fits at one wash maybe 6 or 7 years ago. The next one, since hind sight is 20/20, i figured out i was cheaper to just discard the single column vendors and buy new 3 column already built and ready to go. Pair that when Kleen rite does a free fill where you get free vending supplies...
Im on site daily at both my washes. I have a guy that has been helping for the last 6 months if/when im not around. I coach travel softball and my girls are getting older and more competitive so we are traveling more, playing in more tournaments. Any ways ,right now he is basically a clean up...
Even at 60k an additional sales that would equate out to roughly 40 - 50k in additional profit per year variant on cost vs retail price. Not saying thats great but as a business owner i look at the amount im making before i look at any type of margin, then look at is the juice worth the squeeze...
Add valve kits at $170, add seal kit at $100, that puts you at $470 (2 years ago). A NEW head with it all is $675. IIRC the quotes i was getting last year were $350+ for resleeving ( a total cost of $620. If it was $100 to $150 i might could justify keeping the old head.
I made some calls about a year ago about this. I determined then that by the time you shipped, paid for the re sleeving, shipping it back, then had to put seal kits and valves in it you werent too far off from just purchasing a new head with everything ready to go from KR. Back 10+ years ago...
I like Stand alone dryers. Most customers probably drive out too quick even though the timer is right in front of them. With Standalone you can load a car while a car is exiting thru dryers which can dramatically increase thruput on those busy days. I felt if i did on board i would probably...
Not sure where in "Central VA" you are, but im in Roanoke. Ive got 2 myself feel free to reach out and we can connect. I always try to keep several contacts myself of other local wash owners, you never know if/when you may need a favor.
