    problem solved, well before trying anything that needed more time and labor I started off with changing the belt and first try it worked.!! Hooray. Thanks to everybody's guidance. I still wonder if it would have been a leak wouldn't the pump be pulsating all along as opposed to this did...

    So, if it is drawing air what are the places I need to check for leakage and what should I look for? If it was a leaking wouldn't the pressure low all the time, this pump starts at low pressure pulsating then it takes about two minutes to reach to 1000 psi then it pretty much stops pulsating...

    yeah i do use dixmore timer and i do use rotary switch and ginsan coin acceptor, i will try swaping a new dixmor and see if that will change anything.

    my one of the bays has trouble running when put coins, it runs intermittently as if there is a loose connection. and that is only true for high pressure with other options it runs fine..however this does not happen when it is run by putting the key (manually). so i cannot suspect any cont actor...

    i had a bay shut down for couple of weeks for service and to fix few issues now when it is ready, the rotary knob is tight and hard to turn. i tried to grease and put anti rust in case it was rusting from just sitting, cleaned with wd40 but no result. any idea why and what is the way to get it...
