    Freestyler and Vector reliability.

I own a Vector and a Freestyler. I have had them for 5 months. I would like to hear from other owners, so I know how these machines have been treating them. I have many stories to tell. Some good, some bad. I recently installed VPS on my Freestlyer. Smartest thing I ever did with my wash. I...

    Belanger free styler

If you want to know the reason why they fail, look no further than the center bolt torque and the couplings that hold the shafts together. Rick

Freestyler Back Wheels - Coupling Idea?

There is no way that I know of, but I own a Freestyler, and the shafts do not bend that easilly. Surely, a snag shouldn't hurt them. Is your High current retract enabled? Check that.... It is in exit wheel setup... Rick

High gas prices and its effect on the car wash business.

On the same property as the car wash, we are opening a dog wash, two bay quick lube, auto repair, and detailing. A total of 11,000 sq/ft. My wife and I are hoping that the these businesses will compliment each other, and and bring people in.We are located next door to a very busy convenience...

What effect will these $4 and soon to be $5 prices have on the car wash industry, and how might we overcome it?

    Dryer options....

Gentlemen, I am in the process of deciding which dryers to buy for my new two bay IBA. I've decided not to go with on board dryers because alone they do not do a sufficient job, IMO. I saw a new place being built today, that had a onboard dryers and a stand alone after it, and that seemed...

PDQ Tandem? PDQ G5 vs. Belanger Vector wash quality.

So you're pleased with Belanger . That's good to hear. I am getting a Freestyler, and a Vector , and they are including every option available. I've also opted for Aerodry dryers, but some have said they aren't as good as 5 cannons. I really don't know which dryer would work best. I have...

New to car washing, and would like some input please.

I love Jimmy Buffet btw.. You know, Mr. Margarita Man , that is a great idea you just gave me. I plan to have the new place open by late August 08. Perhaps as late as the end of September. That gives me plenty of time to make up my mind. I went to the show In AC a while back, but I really...

PDQ Tandem? PDQ G5 vs. Belanger Vector wash quality.

Does anyone here own a PDQ Tandem, or has anyone actually used one? What has been your experiance? Also, has anyone compared the wash quality of the Vector, compared to the G5? I'm still trying to make up my mind:o Thanks, Rick

New to car washing, and would like some input please.

I just spoke to my PDQ rep, and he told me I could in fact get the G5 or Tandem without their dryers.

New to car washing, and would like some input please.

The main reason I won't go with PDQ is because they only offer onboard drying, and I am not a fan of it. It's a shame, because the local rep for them is a great guy, and I like him. But I want what I want. I wonder if the Tandem is any good?

New to car washing, and would like some input please.

Hello all, I am in the process of finalizing what equipment I am buying for my car wash. My plan was/is to get one touch and one touch free from Belanger . I am referring to the Vector and the Freestyler, both with all the toys. Of all the touch less units I?ve used, I was most impressed with...
