Do you find customers have dramas negotiating their way through the in bay express? I.e. too fast, too slow, complaints about cars not rinsed properly etc?
I guess it's area specific but I sat and watched an unattended conveyor here in Australia for a while and more people probably had dramas...
You probably should have done a bit more research on the forum before you posted. This is a forum for professional car wash operators and there ain't one of them who will be welcoming you to their heated bay (which they pay to heat) to use your own chemicals (which they make nothing from)
Best touch free cleaning: Water Wizard 2.0 with hydra flex nozzles or Mark VII machines.

Do you have written T&C that are sent to the customer after signup or made available to the customer on signup? If you do and they mention the recurring payment, share them with the BBB and tell them it's not your responsibility if she can't read.
If you can run faster and still deliver a good product in winter, and you're struggling to keep up with demand, can't see any downside to speeding up.
Just keep a close eye on cars for cleanliness to make sure you don't turn anyone off with a less than satisfactory result.
