Here is the lowest quote I’ve received for installing credit card systems in each bay. Might as well be a million. Is this out to lunch? Maybe you guys know a way to cut this in half using different products?

In my guts I’ve always thought $4000 per month feels correct, but it’s not out to lunch at the rate it’s at either. Approx. $0.95/ sqft. Who’s to say I guess. I’m definitely getting a better deal than the last three tenants who have tried this place out since 2006.

Thanks Randy. I do fear my regulars dumping me over a few seconds off the clock. The equipment does start with just $1, but I do have the option for $2 start. Vacuums in each bay run the same time per dollar as all other equipment, they cannot be timed separately. Good “deals” on tokens, and...

All equipment runs 64 seconds per dollar, double that for a $2 coin. Tokens are attractive, and I’m willing to take the pushback for a while if it means the dollars are actually hitting my bank account- and not just cycling through the change machine. Wish I’d have started dispensing tokens...
