It seems to be my weekend for vacuums. I have an older Vacuum that has stickers on it that says it is a craftsman vacuum/fragrence machine. The problem is that it has these strange locks. There are three of them about the size of a dime with little holes inside. The key fits over the lock and has rods that fit into the holes and until this weekend turned and unlocked it. Now the key wont turn and I'm locked out of my own vacuum. Short of drilling these locks out is there some sort of trick. Thanks Patrick

I have thise same locks on my Fragramatics vac. One of the three locks on mine will rotate, making it out of alignment for the key. Stick your finger over the center part of the lock with the holes and rotate, try the key. Keep rotating and trying until you have it in proper alignment. If this works, mark the position for next time.
