My foam brush liquid is metered in the pump room by needle valves directly after the flojet pumps. My problem is the needle valves need adjustment almost daily or the soap drops way off to where there is not much coming out. Anyone else have this issue. I have had the needle valves apart and there is never any dirt in them.

Try reducing the pressure on the FloJet to about 25 PSI at its peak stroke and open the needle valves up more to compensate for the lower pressure.

Open the needle valves fully
Lean the Foam Brush mixture
Lower the FloJet pressure
Adjust air assist as necessary

I'd also check the foamers if you have them. They could be part of the problem if they are old and clogging in up.
