The led lights for the red please wait sign have gone dim. The green enter now lights are still bright. Wondering what may be possible issue/ solutions.

Remove cover and check/clean electrical connections in the box. Look for another junction box that may have connections in it. Check connections to the terminal strip in the ECC.

Thanks Greg, we isolated the issue to channel 2003 in ECC. The black relay is ok and if we push it half in, the light works. So the relay is fine but seems like the channel itself going bad.

Did you try swapping that relay with another relay? If that doesn’t fix it I would agree that maybe the output card has an issue. Also check and tighten connections on the output and in the commons on the output card just to rule that out.

Thanks Greg, yes we did and starting seeing things we couldn't understand. The Green light was not coming out at all, unless we put the relay like half in. So I think the channel is going bad, but not an urgent fix.

maybe the output card has a free/ spare spot and you can transfer the corresponding wires from the bad spot to a good spot/ relay...
