wheel scrubber again

My wheel scrubber is kicking my butt this year. It seems like it's one thing after another. Mine will wash 20 cars in a row just fine then the scrubbers will not retract and just sit there. So far I have been lucky and noone has driven away with the scrubbers extended. I can't make it act up using the test function and the only code that I get is a "10" which is the prox. I replaced the mac valve but that is all I can think of as the problem. The cylinders are fine so I keep going back to the mac valve. Anybody have any suggestions?
Thanks

when replacing the mac valve did you replace the whole piece including the wiring? alot of operators(not you) will just remove the 2 screws holding the 2 pieces together and replace just the body without replacing the electrical wires and that is where it's critical also have you replaced the proxes for the wheel scrubs?

yes I did replace the whole thing and I have replaced at least 1 of the prox switches, maybe both. I did 1 myself but can't remember if the tech did the other one. I had him look at it a few weeks ago. He couldn't find anything and then it was fine for a couple of weeks. After that it started again. Sometimes it will do 20 cars between faults and sometimes 120. I live in fear of someone driving out with both scrubbers extended.

Jimmy-

Disable the wheel scrubs for tonight and I will talk with Ray Weddell (Service Manager) at Ryko Mfg tomorrow morning and I will shoot you an e-mail as soon as I have an answer but disable the wheel scrubs to keep you up and running and making money.

Jimmy-

Just talked to Ryko and they didn't provide any more info then you and I already know, but one thing he did point out is to check the exhaust valve for the retract mac valve also he said to bump up the air pressure a little for both sides.
