Need some help, phone number 469-247-1628 if you would like to cal.

Currently I am receiving alarm #25

- Top boom prox came on when boom was below the sensor head. Check for abnormality.

- I have replaced target ladder prox switches
Boom will go down about 19 to 24 inches and then machine shuts off and returns home asking customer to exit

- any thoughts ??

You need to replace the proximity switch that is affixed to the frame of the machine where the boom nests.. If that doesn't work, the next step would be the cable. One of these two usually solves your problem unless you have a counting error.

I’ve had this alarm found Lower Boom Prox (Prox B) was bad. Changed out prox and it fixed the problem.

Also had an emploee get the proxes wires reversed so prox a & b were reversed in wiring and that caused multiple alarms including 25 and couldn’t wash anything until we found the mistake. That was the last time we let that employee to much any wiring on the machines.
