wash world high velocity code 60

keep getting arch rotate fail 270, code 60 prox on when should be off.
have replaced prox sensor, prox cable and switched wire to extra in festoon cable, after switching festoon wire ( one of the extras ) it washed about 50 vehicles before failing, before it would wash maybe 6-10. Any Ideas

On my old machine, which was a superior sidetrack, there were small relays associated with the Prox switches. If yours is set up like that, one of those relays could be sticking.
