what do all of you that get freezing temps do to keep your undercarriage sprayers from freezing?

One of our washes does not have a heated floor in the IBA bay so we added a glycol line from the floor system to the undercarriage groove. Between that line and the Razor Cold Weather blowout system things have been fine.

Good idea to think about that. Under carriage sprayers are not necessarily activated with every wash and resting horizontally with the nozzles pointed up where they can’t drain can cause a problem.

The responses above are all spot on in my opinion and should keep it working trouble free for the winter.

Our undercarriage has an automatic air blowdown system and it works pretty well. It blows down the "L" also so it uses a lot of air.
