Oh brother…here we go again!

Residential customers will be limited to 2 days a week lawn watering.
Car washing in the driveway will be prohibited.
Yea!!! You’d think…Well,…

Last drought declaration was Stage 1.
Citizens and businesses followed the rules under threat of fines…And, saved so much water that the water district had to raise prices due to lowered consumption.

Government is never satisfied. They pushed fuel effecient cars so much thta it actually worked. Cars became much better at mileage. So much so they they bought less gas, which brought in much less gas tax that they use for road repair. So now they want to tax you on the miles driven, not gas purchased. The only thing the drought restrictions will do is increase the sales of reclaim systems.
