Rowe Bill Breaker

I recently purchased a Rowe Bill Breaker. Well i completely programmed it wrong. How do you wipe out the programming & re program? The small hand book does not state this information.

Mars is an acceptor/validator. The Rowe Bill Breaker probably uses a Mars validator. The Bill Breaker dispenses currency and coins (e.g., a $20 bill gets you a $10 bill, a $5 bill and $5 worth of quarters or whatever combination you program a $20 bill to dispense. Why the knock on Rowe?

I agree the "rejection rate" can be high on the Rowe acceptors that aren't properly maintained, but that's not germane to Frank's request. He wants to reprogram a Rowe "Bill Breaker" that uses a Mars acceptor. Can you help him with that problem?
