Renovation Permit

Hi all! I am looking to renovate an in bay automatic by ripping out the old one and putting in a new system. Does anyone have any experience in doing so and if you had to get a permit to perform such work.

For the electrical and plumbing, depends on city code. Not for the machine itself unless you're modifying the building.
