Have a Pro Navigator 2000 Plus (Software V2006) that won't let us log in.
When you touch the numbers, you're supposed to get a 10-digit pad on screen to enter your passcode. When we touch the login area, it does nothing.
We can get to the control screen, view the alarm log, go to the login screen, but not login. Until you login, you can't perform any other functions on the control screen.
Factory is saying that the portion of the screen where you touch for login has gone bad. That seems unusual to me when the rest of the screen seems to be working normally.
Anybody else had this problem or have any thoughts? We're looking for alternatives to sending this thing in as they are quoting us $1500 for repair. They don't have a loaner at the moment, so we're going to be down for weeks even if we send it in and pay it.
