Our first customer appreciation day !

It's been a little of a struggle getting the wash in shape, but we did it, and to thank our customers we will be giving away free hot dogs, assorted chips, and soft drinks. That is tomorrow, Sat., Feb 27. Stop by if in the area for your free lunch. Might have $100 cost, but a guy many years ago said to just promote, promote, promote. Actually going to be fun.

This went off better than I hoped for. While our crowd wasn't in the hundreds, ok, maybe not even in the 20s, everyone who came really liked it. What I found interesting was the reaction of two customers. Both lived close by but didn't know we existed. Both asked if we just built it. And one lady in particular we really made her day. It was her 85th birthday and her husband passed away a few months ago. She has no living relatives or friends. So my wife and I talked to her for about 20 minutes. Really helped make her day and we got to meet a lot of our regulars.
