Does anyone have signs up that does not allow muddy pickups in their bays and if so how are they worded?

I know someone who has signs to stop big trucks, basically says "Notice to trucks: a $100 fee will be charged for entering this bay. Video surveillance records all licence plates." I was considering the same thing but changing it to recreational mudders, and in fine print adding "'Recreational mudders' includes any vehicle that leaves mud which we deem unacceptable." He said no one has yet offered to pay him the $100 to use the bay, but it has almost completely eliminated his mud problems. Before he was shoveling 3-4 wheelbarrows full off the floor every day.
