into the automotive In-Bay and Self-Service market segments, and expand the total range of services available to all car wash owners.
Rob Deal, Vice President Corporate Accounts, is responsible for the OEM, In-Bay and Self-Service markets. Rob is well known in the carwash business, starting with Turtle Wax in 1990, and continuing his track record of success with MacNeil Wash Systems and RYKO. He brings a combination of experience, business savvy and high energy to these important market segments for ICS.
Thomas (Tom) Tuohy, Vice President Business Services, will manage the Inside Sales function for all car wash market segments. He's also responsible for developing and managing the new industry-wide credit card program for car wash owners throughout the US, whether or not they use ICS control or management systems. Tom has 20+ year business development track record in consumer products, and understands how to create value for customers
