Multi site Managment

Hello all, looking to buy 2-3 express washes.
Does anyone have a few, what do you use for software to manage them all in a portfolio situation?

Managment, looking for info from the front lines on how to staff with regional, tech, site managers etc .

Thx for help, coming from apartment portfolio ownership.

Your going to want a really good maintenance guy who is well versed in equipment tune in, not just repair (assuming the geography of the washes allows this?)

Do you plan on being involved day to day? What kind of express washes are they? Unlimited or single wash focus? What type of volumes do you believe they should achieve

My 4 locations are al separate entities. Each has their own QB company - using QB on line. Whatever reports can be run for each. Not sure what you are trying to accomplish with a "Portfolio " situation. For certain costs and expenses spread across all locations I created a separate management company. Each location pays a fee to the 5th company and that company pays those expenses.
