I've sent the JO's thermal printer off for repair before, but can't recall where I sent it or the contact info. Anyone know?

I have a used omini (brown& tan) sitting on my shelf. Shoot me a PM if this is what you are looking for. We do not use them anymore.

ReFound it (thanks for jogging my memory with the name lag) if anyone ever needs to send one in. $125 worst case is what they quoted me to repair and check over. Like I mentioned, I sent one in before and the one they repaired still works perfectly 3-4 years later. FYI, call to get an RMA # before just sending one in.
