Hello,

I'm looking at two car wash deals right now and I'm looking for a good evaluation spreadsheet that would have debt service formulas, cash on cash, IRR and proforma projections built in a spreadsheet. Would anyone recommend a good source for that model? I plan on partnering with other investors to take down these deals.
