I am looking for the safety brackets for a laserwash 4000 that bolt on the end of the carriage to keep it from derailing. Attached is a picture of one that I have. I am two short. I am not even sure the brackets I have are all there. When I look in the laserwash manual it shows brackets with an additional bend in them.

There are two different versions of this bracket. This is the original version and was on quite a few machines. At one point, the brackets were changed to have a few additional bends in them to go completely under the rail and up the side of the rail. Either will work, but if you put this style back on, make sure you keep the gap between the bracket and the rail to a minimum.
