Just replaced and calibrated VT. Wash arm is travelling too far across rear of vehicle and when it rotates to up pass side, it becomes stuck on the T-Bar so that when it reaches the front of the vehicle it faults for arch rotate failure. What should I be looking at??

Check picket count prox switch to see if pulses are coming into JO box. And you could move your right limit flag inward a bit. If those are ok, then it could be the right ultrasonic is bad.
