Not familiar with that unit but that looks like air in the lines. It could be getting in the system from an empty soap tank that has a solenoid open or an unloader. Anywhere thats leaking water on the suction side of the pump can allow air in the system. That's a guess anyway

It's definitely getting air in something, either the longer soap time is letting air back up into the pump or a tank is running empty and letting air into the plumbing. If there's an inlet check valve for the pump, disassemble it and make sure the check ball and o-rings are still good. Run the same thing you did in the video and watch all the tanks to make sure nothing is running empty.
