Help with Reprogramming Older Auto Wash (Cassette-Style Sound Wave Controller)

I recently purchased my first automatic car wash and I’m in the process of learning how everything works. We’ve reached the point where we need to reprogram the wash cycle and today I discovered the system uses an older cassette-style programmer. It appears to be a tone-based controller that operates using sound waves recorded on tape, with each track triggering different components (sprayers, pumps, dryers, etc.). From what I understand, the machine reads these audio signals as ON/OFF commands based on a timeline. The good news is: I do have the original tools needed to program it, but I’m not sure if I have the full manual or programming instructions. I’d really appreciate any guidance on how to reprogram or modify the wash cycle using this setup. If anyone has experience with these systems or knows where I might find best practices, or even retrofit advice I’d be very grateful.
Thanks in advance!

What kind of equipment or car wash is this?

Update: it appears it is not the old cassette style programmer. I will include photos. If I can get any direction on the Blue Box and its function and I’m guessing with the DL305 (PLC) I will need a laptop and cable to program the auto wash? IMG_4044.jpeg

The equipment says “Southern Pride,” so I believe that’s the correct answer. I’m still fairly new to this, so I appreciate your patience and any guidance you can offer.

Is it a Southern Pride Turbo Wash? Does it have rotating wands on the side and top of the trolley and does it travel around the car on an overhead oval track with three rails?

We came across one of these years ago. Here is what I could find on the tape programming. According to google, Kleen-Rite and Car Wash Consignment have components for these machines if needed also. Hope this helps.
