Greetings. My GT-700 has a recurring issue with the TOP boom being slow to return home...occasionally the boom stops midway up .... shutting down the wash until the boom is simply pushed home. This issue ONLY happens on the rear of the vehicle and only on my top wash as the trifoam kicks on. So obviously the issue is connected with the boom going up and the trifoam kicking on...I’m thinking an air issue but I can’t seem to isolate the issue. Suggestions?

FIXED! I was positive this was an air issue. Even replaced some airlines that may have been leaking, changed and checked air gauges etc.
turns out....the two bolts that hold the tilt motor bracket had broken over time. This caused the tilt motor to over tilt and not fully recover fast enough for the boom to retract. It was mostly an issue during tri foam as the air splits between boom and tri foam. The issue became a real problem when the second bolt sheared off. An easy and cheap fix....once I figure it out.
