Crypto pay retro fit Hamilton goldline

Has anyone tried installing crypto pay retro fit on Hamilton goldline . I have recently installed it’s working fine except some customer are charging twice as the red screen does not recognize unless you select the wash first.
 
You have the swipe online for CryptoPay?

you should call Cyrptopay tech support for assistance as those kits have been around for a few years.
