    Blendco Superclear

I saw this come out a few years back but wondered if anyone here has it. It's a water reclaim by blendco that is filter less and doesn't stink. It looked like a great idea buy I have never heard anyone talk about it.

    Who has a truck wash?

I have sold and installed them in Europe and the middle easy for an American company (Whiting Systems). These would be drive thru or rollover brush/ touchless or hybrid units.

Swapping out 10hp for 15hp blower motors

I personally like 15hp for sides and 10 on top. Their for sure is more blow but that would be motor and impeller also. Not just swap out a motor. Also need to check your cables and breakers can take the extra loading.

    Chemicals

I googled them and saw they have a 3 bay auto wash in Trinidad and Tobago. Pics on Google map so seems very genuine to me.

What size of water softener do i need?

One other important note is are you softening all of the water or just on the presoak? With 140ppm I don't really see the need to soften all of the water.

    Applying tri-foam over presoak

We now also do this on our Razors, we turned down the air on the presoak so now it looks great.

    Nozzles on WashWorld Razor/Profile

It would be the inner 5. To be fair I bought the Lechler nozzles to fit to the top but haven't done it yet

    Nozzles on WashWorld Razor/Profile

I would say it's not lined up right. You may need to remove the nozzles, then slide off the blue cover and refit it. It may not have been fitted correctly.

    touchless or friction

My market is all friction so when we replace friction with touchless, we always see a big increase in revenue.

I used to work for them in Europe. Great company with great products. I did not know they now had a car wash chemical line running.

Vac nozzles, holes in or no holes?

We have recently installed some premier vacs which have fantastic suction, but if the nozzle is on say a mat or hard surface, when the air flow gets blocked the motors definitely start to smell of burn. Is it bust to drill some holes in the nozzle to prevent motor burn out?

Razor not Measuring Cars Going all the way to the back

I think Washworld need to program them. Thankfully their doesn't seem to be that many proprietary parts from Washworld but these are.

Razor not Measuring Cars Going all the way to the back

I think like many electronic items affected by covid the newer sonars are in short supply. Washworld supplied an older sonar with a different bracket. It was a simple swap and works perfectly.

    Dryer Setup

We have 4 x 10hp motors with the 2 x side elephant ears. They do work well but you need to play with the positions. Ours are on the freestanding frame so it's easy enough to move them about until we get the best dry

Razor not Measuring Cars Going all the way to the back

We just changed our top sonar on a 10 month old Razor with the same issue. Problem disappeared but now it has the older type of Sonar as the newer style are impossible to source.

Differences Between Razor Models and Kondor

I can't speak of the differences between a razor and a belanger but we have installed a razor, are next week putting in a razor edge and in October will be putting in an XR7. The main differences between the edge and xr7 is all chemicals (except for tri foam) come out the wand on an XR7, the...

    Nozzles on WashWorld Razor/Profile

It's down to the pumps ability to produce volume. By upgrading to 05 nozzles on the top 5 your are using more water and taking a bit of cleaning power off the rest. As Wash n shine said, the top ones are furthest away so they benefit with the boost. The side ones get close to the vehicle so...

    Nozzles on WashWorld Razor/Profile

Apologies its spelt lechler. If you wanna Google them. They have a titanium insert so don't wear out as fast. So I am told.

    Nozzles on WashWorld Razor/Profile

Following in from the original question I spoke with a Washworld distributor in Italy that swears by a nozzle brand called Leclerc. He also recommended swapping out the top 5 1504 nozzles for 1505 ones for better hood impingement. The pressure drops a little but he claims its a great...
