When bay is occupied and next car purchases a wash, transaction completes but wash is not stored or initiated when bay empties. Is there a setting on the controller that inadvertently got deactivated or what should I be looking at?
TIA

Trying to replace shocks and just reecived another iteration from Peco that is much less robust looking, but sold as current replacement. Original p/n 144280? Also 144280A or Gabriel 619018. Regardless, mounting holes are undersized - original has 5/8 bolt.
Any advice
Is the pump going to be happier and live longer the larger the hose between the outlet and bay boom or is fitteng size the determinant factor? Have two locations - one using 1/4, one 5/16. Have never considered the difference previously but have to replace a 5/16 and only have 1/4 on hand.
TIA

Just replaced and calibrated VT. Wash arm is travelling too far across rear of vehicle and when it rotates to up pass side, it becomes stuck on the T-Bar so that when it reaches the front of the vehicle it faults for arch rotate failure. What should I be looking at??
TIA.

I just installed a new MAC 912B that controls the underflush valve on a LaserWash 4000. The previous MAC continuously had air flowing out of the exhaust port and the valve was slow to move. The new one is even worse and movement is even slower! I may put the old one back on for the time being...
Solenoid Valve 4-Way, 1/4in Port, 1/2in Conduit Connector, 24VAC, Parker C111B2. Is there a rebuid kit available or will hardware store o-rings work?
I hate to waste a beautifully machined block of aluminum and coils never need replacing.
Thanks!

This wasn't a breakdown per se, but an annoying vendor display issue that made it difficult to read. It's a relatively young thru-wall, LM30 and I just thought the LED display crapped out. Ordered a new board (ouch!) Discovered this - six years of sunlight and LED heat damage to a plastic film...
Needing to replace six zero degree on wheel blaster, yet again. How long do they typically last? Any recommendations on what's good and what's not always appreciated.
Thanks!

The display on my LM30 thru-wall vendor is almost unreadable and new board is about $500. I believe all that needs replacement is the display module which looks like the red rectangle, lower right.
Any recommendations on where this could be done greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Has anybody had experience with Brevini hydraulic motors (supposedly Italian, but Chinese writing on the thin box) as substitutes? Bought one to swap out to allow for seal replacements - seems heavier than C-Ls, but how different can they be?
Older tunnel facility that could use a facelift to update the exterior. Does anyone have recommendations for an architectural firm that specializes in car wash makeovers?
Thanks!

It has recently starting scrolling hieroglyphics. Power cycling would reset it for a while - now it just displays what I assume is the software version V1.02 and will not reset via power cycling or any of the four buttons on the unit. It still accepts bills but doesn't display the wash selection...
I recently received an e-mail to our info request box from an individual asking if our equipment would still be in service next May/June. I've gotten them in the past and deleted as spam or phishing expedition.
However, while searching for repair video on YouTube, I discovered a video of a car...
One at each of two locations not turning on. I assume it's going to be the same problem and not the bay switch - one tested fine today. Fuses good. Do the OMRON relays fail? I could feel only one click when the bay switch was pressed.
Has anyone else experienced this??
Thanks.

Can anyone recommend a good auto-retractable hose reel that will handle 60-75' of 1/4" hp hose? I would like to have something mounted near the mid point and high on a tunnel wall to facilitate wash downs in either direction.
Thanks!

The Hypro Trigger Gun is promoted in a popular supplier catalog as "less operator fatigue". Unfortunately, none of the myriad gun options lists weights and my only experience has been with US Paraplate and the house brand. The former are durable but heavy, the latter don't seem to last.
Anyone...
