    Nayax weak signal

I have mine connected via Ethernet and no antenna installed. They work great that way. You do need the Nayax cable though.

New pump stand or new equipment advice

I installed Etowah Valley's low pressure stand about 2 months ago. So far, I love it. It's compact and simple, but everything is where you can work on it and it's made from parts that I can buy from Windtrax or Kleen-rite. As far as HP pumps, I think you can over think them. You can rebuild...

Looking for new touchless car wash system. Any recommendations/suggestions?

I would wait a few weeks until after the ICA show. Manufacturers always roll out the new equipment and features at the show. See if there is anything new on the market first.

    Boom vac hose size?

I recently installed new pay per use JE Adams vacs mounted on poles with the swivel booms. JE Adams told me that the hoses had to be 1-1/2. Not sure if that is because of weight or the connection to the boom, but I am having constant issues with the hoses plugging up. My normal vacs at other...

    Nayax Old

UPDATE! Nayax called me back. This is soooooo simple to fix. Click on Operations, machines. Hit search to bring up the list of your bays. Select the one to make a change to. Click the "attributes" tab at the top mid/right side. Under the Group header, select filter and search for Device...

    Nayax Old

I've looked everywhere for those attributes and can't find them anywhere. I guess you are correct that they have to be enabled by Nayax. Problem is, I've been trying to contact them since last Wednesday.......now 1 week later, still no response. Frustrating tech support, but I like the...

    Nayax Old

Got my Nayax readers installed on my Ginsan doors. They look great and work well but I can't get the external stop button to kill the credit card count up charge. I have the Green door open wire from the nayax on one side of the switch and the brown and gray "ground" wires on the other side...

    Cryptopay and Etowah Valley

I've got a whole box of Etowah Valley timers, swipes, and speakers. I removed them in 10 bays. Some are green boards and some are red boards. I would make someone a good deal on the whole lot. Thanks, Lighthouse

    Truck bay operator question.

What length of wand and tip size do you use on your truck bays? I'm thinking of a 36" wand with a grip and 1506 tip. I'm pushing this with a 7.5HP motor and a 5CP6120 Cat pump. Do I need to have a larger orifice than .60? I would like to run this between 1500-1800 PSI. Thanks, Lighthouse

    Nayax user instructions

Hello everyone. I'm getting ready to install my nayax readers on SS bays and vacs. Can anyone share what they are using for signage for card user instructions? I will be making and mounting a sign next to the meters that details min and max charges, stop button instructions and anything else...

    Boom vac layout

I was thinking about 12' spacing and striping the parking lot to keep them lined up. Did anyone just do parking bumpers in front of them or have you had any issues with people running into them?

    Boom vac layout

I received my new JE Adams boom vac setup and wanted to see if anyone could share some experience with how to layout the spacing. How far apart do you locate the vacs, how far away from the curb, did you install bollards in front of each vac, how did you route the wiring into the vacs from the...

    Washworld Double Barrel vs. Razor

I priced the double barrel option when I ordered my new Razor's. It's $7,000 extra. I also eliminated the Foam & Flow on the new machines and will run my carnuba wax through the hyperflex. I have never been able to get consistent results from the Foam and Flow so I'm done with it. The things...

Portal Ti and Windcave for tap to pay

Installing 2 new Portals soon with tap to pay option. I have an existing portal that is about 2 years old with tap to pay that did not require Windcave as the processor. It just runs through Priority. I'm being told that the new units will require a Windcave processor account. Does anyone...

Adding Nayax to Vacs, count which way?

Vac company is telling me they can't run the Nayax with a bill acceptor and do count up at the same time. I know this is false, they just don't want to take the time to mess with it. So, I called a guy that is supposed to be the guru. He won't help with the Nayax programming since I bought...
