Top wash is 4:30 for my truck. Shorter for smaller cars. Once we’ve added both presoaks we let it soak. THEN (without rinsing) we at triple foam detergent... not polish. THEN we rinse with HP. Bug assault is automatically programmed on our top wash. It’s priced at $15.
Programming is flawless...
Our HP rinse is set at 65. We do NOT soak in between high and low. Rather, we soak 15 seconds (or longer depending on conditions) after both low and high are applied.
We have a new Razor. Love it. But we noticed presoak wash spotty, almost coating the vehicle like a zebra. We turned the air down from 60 to 38 and it coata perfect for us now. We use JBS Compass products. We apply low ph then high ph followed by bug assault. This is a great way to clean, for...
I've seen some operators applying presoaks hi/low or low/hi (not my point here) without a dwell time in between. Rather, the dwell time is at the end once both soaps are applied. I've even seen triple foam applied on top of the presoaks after the dwell time, before high pressure rinse.
Anyone...
Calm down Kevin, lol. I did my research, but please point me to where you differentiated between the two; one being for a garage and one for residential.
I'm curious though, the one for 229 is the same at the one I got for 279. Seeing if seller will refund the difference. If not, I'll return for the cheaper on. Thanks Earl for directing me back to Amazon.
I didn’t. The reviews weren’t as good. Also, on Mr. Heater's website, they only sell one unit that's 30,000k btu and it says blower sold separately. Not sure why the price difference.
Just installed this 30,000 btu wall mount heater after the advice of IB in this thread. Very reasonably priced and the heat works great!

I removed my Pro Equipment Navigator and replaced it flawlessly with a Washworld Razor! Best decision I've made since owning a car wash. Customer service is top notch. I can control the entire machine remotely from my phone or ipad. I have not complaints. Customers love our Razor!
I was beginning to think the same thing. But, when I moved the solenoid to the wax valve, the problem continued. When I put the wax solenoid on the soap valve, the problem didn't follow the wax function.
Fellow Operators,
I have a SS Cat 623 pump that loses pressure when I switch to HP Soap. Feeds are free and clear and the pump works well for rinse, HP Wax and all low pressure functions work well. I've switched the wax and soap solenoids and the problem remains on the HP soap option. I put on...
Switched to dollar coins. I've got some comic video of these clowns from the apartment complex down the street discovering my newly implemented coins. I think once word spreads I'll come out on the winning end.
I’ve already established with our bank manager a means to get dollar coins by the thousand with a few days notice. Just stuck with my current start up price. Should I raise to $4 or lower to $3 and just lower the time.
At present, I'm set up to accept dollar coins, except for my air machine, which accepts CC. Our startup price for SS is $3.50 for 5 mins. We want to dispense dollar coins to avoid the hassle of the change machine, so frequently. I wonder if I should raise prices to $4.00 or lower them to $3.00...
Evening fellow operators. I own a wash (3 SS and 1 IBA Touchless). Love being an operator, by the way! I'm looking to ditch our boiler and hot water tank for two tankless hot water heaters. I'm looking at some of the Bosch ones on Kleen-Rite and Paloma from another vendor.
For those of you...
